I'd suggest using any 70's SB electronic dist & adjusting the subsystems in order: initial (vac gauge method)/total (35)/ springs (stay just under the pinging point at WOT)/vac adv (2 adjustments. The real bennie is going to come from the coil/ballast/no ballast selection. I'd suggest a "Dynamod" HEI module mounted under the dist (to hide it) & an E coil & no ballast. You have many ways to go on your choice there
