Don't know or sure but my .02 is I 1st did my duster in DuPont chroma base in high school. I then burned front half up with a fire and redid it like a year later in PPG DBC basecoat. The two were not the same. DuPont was lighter and PPG was more violet. Now granted the DuPont was shot over a gray sealer while the PPG was shot over K36 as a sealer that was tinted violet.
