I'm expecting the bigger tubes to kill just a little bit of the bottom end and maybe soften the converter hit just a (helpful) tad, in exhange for both a higher torque and HP curve up top (above around 4400 or so)....both good things for getting down the track. The bigger tubes also now give the combo more room to use a higher lift cam to make better use of the Airwolf heads so it's all a good strategy I think.

Ted, Yeah it is but it's also fun as all get out to drive. I was always a fan of 'Wild Willie' Borch growing up and still to this day wish the NHRA would bring back AA/FA....fuel altereds forever!! Rocky is hardly an AA/FA but the big power short wheelbase thing has been a Lot of FUN trying to sort out.
