......just stupid people. That's me.

I developed a bang in my front end on my 71 challenger when I turn the wheel. I found this rubber bushing missing on the passenger side front of what I believe is the steering linkage?? Can someone give me the proper name for this so I can get what I need to fix it? and is this something a novice can do or do I need to bring it to my mechanic? I would like to replace all of them as they all look pretty worn.
