Yes, it just bypasses the A/C pulley, but trust me on this, you cannot take a non-AC belt, and put it on an engine with the A/C bracket, and expect it to work, because the location of the idle pulley between the alternator and the A/C pump is ever so slightly different between the 2 trucks, and it will not work unless you remove the Alternator/AC bracket, and replace it with the factory non-AC alternator bracket.

there IS a belt that will do what you want, but it is NOT the factory non-AC belt that the parts monkeys will look up by year/make/model/engine in their computer.
