Why would Dodge come back every time thay find some thing and win, thay get penalized. thay did it with the Hemis back in the 60s and thay did it when thay won with the last car. Nascar evean made them run a biger carb to use more fule so thay could not win on milage, evean though thay could run as fast or faster than the outhers.
So why would Dodge want to come back.
