T Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 21,083 Niles , Ohio	My 440 did something similar.It was new and running fine.went to start it a day later.Popping and wouldnt run.Pulled the cap and dist rotor was off.I said some nice words thinking I would be tearing apart a new engine.Pulled the dist and it had come apart inside.That was a Mallory unit.Installed a new MSD full setup and never looked back.Rocky Chrysler Firepower
