I didn't have that problem when I put an LA Car pan on the magnum 360 that's in my demon right now. Didn't use any RTV, and I surely wouldn't run one cobbled up like that.

If you're talking about the pics with the gap in the front corner... it might help to line the bolt holes up, and torque it down.
