No , its setup to use B/RB pulleys and altenator placement, whats odd is they sell a spacer and a repop of a 69 up hemi lower pulley to fit the asymetric bolt pattern and not the symetric bolt pattern of the balancer they install on the engines ...

To the OP , you either have to buy a $400 plus used original or repop thick balancer , modify that one hole or only use 3 bolts.

An alternative is to go to a 66-68 pulley arangement by using std B/RB pulleys , but again if you have an early crank pulley the bolt pattern is going to be off on that one hole .
