Modern devices have spoiled creativity, a protractor and 12-inch scale would do the job equally well.




and doing it from the diagram or any other method with care at home, and it will be AT LEAST as close as the factory balance was, AND as good as a reman torque converter from a rebuilder who welded the weights on himself.
