I'm wondering if these tips are also already powdercoated. The red finish is chiping/peeling off like if was somekind of metallic skin, like a damaged chrome on a bumper. Dunno if the powdercoat fits like this

some areas are kinda goldish, then the rest black burnt



if you make the close up, will notice some cracks between slots. Inside the pipe you see a clear area, thats the exposed pipe. The paint there peeled off like I described



same tip on opposite side... the gray areas on slotted areas is the paint peel off.

the other side pipe doesn't looks so bad but still bad. ( it can be noticed on the second pic )

wondering if really is temp issue or fumes polution issue ( mixture/chemical related ), being maybe passenger side bank on engine burning worst than driver side
