Non A/c car I'm guessing??? Make sure it has the correct 8 (?) vane pump and not the a/c 6 vane pump. They had different diameter pulleys to spin the pump faster for a/c cars. Mixing and matching pulleys and pumps can cause cavitation and overheating.
