It's got to be fixed. Find an old auto shop with a Sioux or Quickway valve refacing machine, the fancy ones have rocker re-facing attachments that pilot off the shaft hole and restore the pad to parallel. RAS can do this if you don't have any locals.
Make sure the bushing is a good fit, or it won't really be fixed.

I wish RAS was better at customer service/getting jobs out.. I've never heard a complaint about quality but I've heard & experienced the black hole of sending parts in & not getting them back for over two years...
