check the triangle rubber plug at the fuseable links,make sure the fuselinks are all good.

I know you replaced some but make sure they did not burn again. how did you splice them in? crimp connectors?

check the alt batt wire on pass side running down vc to the firewall plug. its a spade plug that will burn up.

you should replace the volatge regulator and clean the firewall for a good ground with every alt change.

replace the ballist resistor also,then check to see if the alt is charging.

if its not charging a power draw will kill the Batt in short order and engine will die with more power draw.
