Its called a California cruiser, there were 52 made for so cal dealers, to be shown on the dealer floor. they didn't leave the factory this way, but they were customized by a shop for Ma Mopar. then a after a year or so, they were sold off..
this car has been sitting in inside storage, for most of its life. it runs, and is in good shape...
