If he only had a ring pinched he was only really down maybe 3-4 numbers in the 1/8 from my experience. Even though the bird spum initially if he was making more power he would have been closing the gap on the back half. All I saw were his headlights getting further back. If someone has the timeslip the truth is there as to who was making more power if they both made it down the track.
