With those bullet style chrome fender mount turn signal indicators you have to been really careful if you are going to unscrew the yellow lenses. Some have a slot and some do not and if they're original they are old, fragile, and break easy. If you remove the entire chrome bullet with the two bolts underneath the inside of the fender it can be easier to get to the bulb. There is an allen set screw on the bottom side behind the rubber gasket on the bullet mount istelf. If you loosen that set screw, the entire socket/bulb assembly, wiring and amber lens attached will pull through the front of the chrome bullet housing. I believe the bulb is a Wagner 550. It's kind of a hassle. But if you don't have extra amber lenses laying around, it may save you from buying one if you break the original.
