Probable miss stamp, it happens. what is the car ? Without a fendertag and the Broadcast sheet there is no way to tie the body to the VIN that is mounted to a part that can be unbolted , where the car has nbeen restored there is absolutely no way to confirm anything . Also without a fendertag and since the VIN is not on the body the missing trunk lip number is of little consequence.


The car really has little investment value so if that is in the back of your mind ...
