I don't believe Mopar steel wheels made prior to 1969 had flat areas between the lug holes...most had bumps. At least, the 1968 Hemi cars were that way. If it has a small H stamped between the lug holes, then it's a later H wheel, most likely from 1977.
I would guess there is also a full part # under that rust by the valve stem
Here's my small H wheels with a part number by the valve stem....these will work for my A12 (someday ), the price was right. Perfect 50/50 wheels....50 MPH @ 50 Feet you won't know the difference
