Heres a couple pics. the stamping shows :3 then, M4 over a 7, a 1 and then 19 and then 60.

In addition to the above, the "7" denotes it was made in a year ending in 7, thus 1967 or 1977, both too far away from 1969-71, when most "large H" stamped wheels were used. I don't believe Mopar steel wheels made prior to 1969 had flat areas between the lug holes...most had bumps. At least, the 1968 Hemi cars were that way. If it has a small H stamped between the lug holes, then it's a later H wheel, most likely from 1977.

Well it does not have a part number near the valve stem. I cut off the stem and cleaned it well. Here is a picture of the "H". I guess it may be a Jan, 19 th 1967 15 x 6 wheel. Any one can chime in on this. Thanks HR 20.

I would guess there is also a full part # under that rust by the valve stem
