Ill second that. Had a co-worker test pressure in an IH 1066 hydro and it was almost 0 lbs. wasted a whole day trying to figure it out before trying another gauge.. turned out to be right where it needs to be. other wise Id think your problem could be a weak pump. if you had been running it like that a while, Id guess its time for a rebuild..
