Their big advantage is they hold it together on race day when everyone else is stepping on their dinks. I'm sure AJ intentionally puts the car into shake just so Anderson and Line can win. If you really look at the stats there are lots of passes where Team Summit are vulnerable and whoever is in the other lane just can't seal the deal. "Everybody funny, now you funny too."
