It could be mounted under the dash... Your gonna be fabricating to mount it anyway, theres a good brace point under the dash, just gotta section the column... Ask Hotchkis for pictures of their setup..



I got picture that I took of it. I've posted them before.

The two U-joints will cost as much or more than the reduction box. Don't know why they are using two U-joints.

So this unit strictly attaches to the column? The units I saw online had a mounting pad to attach the housing to keep it from spinning...



That pad is attached to the column. There are at least two flat stocks that run down the sides of the column, a cross bar/pad?. It was tough to get in there and take pictures. A lot of stuff in the way. There's more going on in there than what my limited pictures are showing.

The pictures show it can be done. But the picture don't exactly show how to do it.
