When I called them about buying the adapter they told me around $700 PLUS my old one which I balked at. They did offer me a deal that I should jump at which was for me to send them my complete unit and they would exchange it for a complete re-man for $1200. The one I have is off a 700R4 and I have $250 in it.

To use the shorty adapter you will need to either have a short truck trans or change the output shaft to a short one. If and when I finally pull the trigger on the one I have, I will be going with the shorty. It should make for much a better driveline angle.
