Lots of qualifed engine builders are out there. Everyone has a preference. I used Best Machine on my last build with Modern Cylinder upper end and was very happy. I am doing the same on my new motor. I wouldn't base a decision on this from a forum survey. I would actually talk to some of the engine builders and make an educated decision from there. This whole make a post, and the builder that gets the most that particular day is the best isn't how i would select an engine builder.
