I use the one pictured on the bottom left.
I put my jack stands on 4" blocks of wood for extra clearance.
The trans literally slides out and down with zero effort.
I then use a wooden wedge to support the bell housing while I remove the jack,once removed I just slide the trans down the wedge to a piece of cardboard on the ground.
