You shift them into 1 if you want to be in first rolling or stopped. The same thing happens you go into low or what I call 1st. If you are used to a non low band apply that will roll free you need to change your driving habits. Just don't put it in a gear that it can't handle at the speed you are going. And if you simply don't understand how to drive buy and engine that can handle the occassional 70 MPH shift into 1st. LOL Leon Career best 8.02 @ 169 at 3050# and 10" tires small block power.
