That's exactly what it looks like. You need to clock the center section 90* so the oil return shoots straight to the ground. You also need to just tap your oil pan (at the top) close to the turbo and shoot your oil return line straight down to the pan. Going across the whole engine horizontally like that isn't good either. Try to make the entire return line no less than 45* at any point, that way it is always traveling downward toward the pan no matter what. I'd suggest tapping the pan on the drivers side near the turbo. Sure it sucks to pull the engine and tap the pan...but it doesn't suck as much as ruining a turbo every 50 miles.
