W a jumper wire w alligator clips on each end jump the "grn" male terminal (not the wire you pulled off of the male terminal) on the starter relay to ground & see if will crank/start. If so trace that wire to either the trans/clutch (whichever is app) & see why/adj it so it has continuity to ground or can permanently ground the male lug on the relay being aware that it will now crank/start in any gear/position (potential safety hazard)
