Good one, BUT, my junk was a 5.7 R/T.... Hows it feel to spend $10K+ for that extra 18HP on the SRT???

18 HP??? Most SRTs dyno at about 360ish. 472 sounds like 112hp to me but maybe my math is bad.

If it is tuned to 13.2:1 AFR I really recomend adding some fuel to it. Those stock pistons have a very thin top ring land and burn through easily. Shoot for about 11.5. You will probably have to send the tune out and have it redone.





Please re read the thread... The OP was hammering on me because my car only made 454 RWHP vs his 472 RWHP... I only had the 5.7 R/T... So, in this case, he did spend an extra $10K or so for 18 horsepower and some SRT emblems vs my R/T...

Either way, the car is too lean and his tune is crap... He is going to break it. He doesn't want to fatten it up due to MPG??? Really?? Who buys a SRT and ProCharges it, and then worries about gas mileage?? Now he is talking about a 10 lb pulley...
