Ok, it' not that easy but it certainly is not difficult. The only reason I did it was because I was already there (replacing broken bearing retainer) and thought why not? If the bearing had actually been shot I would have done a rebuild instead.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.
