I run 325's on a 10" wheel right now and they work out perfect. I believe thats what M/T recommends anyway. I run them on my Scamp and cut low 1.4's on motor and low 1.3's on nitrous in a 3350 lb Scamp with a 418" smallblock.

We have the 325s on a 10" wheel and have been a 1.20 flat.

Have y'all gone quicker on a wider wheel, or does 10" work just as good as 12" (or maybe 14")?

Never tried a wider wheel. Won't really fit the car. We also run the 315s on a 10" wheel and have been in the teens with that setup. I would really like to try it on a 12", bead locked wheel, but just can't get it on there. Not saying a 10" is best, but obviously works fine.

How much wider does the tire get going from 10" to 12" rim?

I have two sets of the 315x60x15 M/T ET street radails mounted, one on 10 inch and the others on a 12 inch rims. The differences in section width between the two is 13 & 5/8 on the ten inch rims and 14 & 3/8 on the twelve inch rims. 3/4 inch wider on the twelves than on the ten inch rims

My 29.5 * 10.5 *15 Mickey slicks are 13 5/8 on a 10" wheel. I would say equivilant to a 315/60/15

If you don't mind saying what offset are the rear rims?
I'm planning on installing a B body width rear end under my 71 R/T Challenger with Dr. Diff's offset kit.
I hope to stuff a 325/50-15 drag radial under the car on a custom made set of 15x10 Torq Thrust II's with a 5.75" back spacing. I have all the parts just need the free time to test and install them.
I think I'll need to use wheel spacers on the rear.

yes you will need to use wheelspacers wiht that much BS.

mine are 15*10 with 5"'s of backspaces... 1/8 spacer just to make sure I had 1/2 clearance off the springs ... I had my dana house made a little smaller than b body specs..

I also make a 1 1/2" offset spring hanger/shackle kit if you need more room.

Plenty of good answers already Ray, but that is what I run. 325's on a 10" wheel and have been 1.29 60's on them.
