Ok guys it finally stopped raining long enough to get the car to the track. The headers and other little nickel and dime stuff wore us out but it's finally race ready sorry it took so long. Now we made 3 test hits one half pass the 2 others were on the throttle stop in Super Street mode. We had carberator issues with jetting and didn't have anything to fix the issues the motor was very Lean too much to even attempt a Full pass with no throttle stop. That being said we went 10.90 @ 142 for now the carberator is at the shop getting the trick of the week. We will be at the division 4 race in Shreveport La in 2 weeks we will report from the track.

Sweet. Nice looking car.
Any guess what you think it might run off the stop once sorted out?

Decent MPH on the stop for the first time out. I assume the car is close to the 2800# minimum?

haven't scaled it yet but yes its probably dead on 2800#. We were shooting for 145 on the stop so yes not bad for first time out. I am more than sure it will get there. We will see next weekend in Shreveport first divisional race with the car so I will report what happens.

Yes sir no problem..

Ritter block 440" Victor heads, super Victor intake, Hughes performance rockers, 60mm cam, HP style 4150 carb done by David Cook(needs a Dominator) all of the other details I'd call Allen Sherman at Trumble Race Engines in Pasadena Texas he is the one who worked the magic on the block heads and intake. I really hope you get a set of the heads man we have to start buying this stuff or nobody will make it and we will really be screwed. I have personally talked to Edelebrock RD guy and its possible we will get a ready to go ported intake to match the heads with an option of 4150 top or dominator BUT... we have to buy the product and show interest!

Those headers look sweet. How big are they. Look like 2.25 or so.
