I'm restoring a 1970 Plymouth Fury III convertible and I definitely need to overhaul or replace the brake booster. The internet tells me I need one of these: http://www.cardone.com/Products/Product-Detail?productId=54-73500, but it's completely wrong.

I think I may have a Midland Ross item. It has a metal tag with the following numbers: 2944041 73608 3469-A and C-4219-G. It attaches via a bracket and there's a linkage between the pedal and the rod that sticks out of the back of the booster.

I'm in the UK, which doesn't help. Anyone recommend a supplier of rebuild kits or replacement boosters?

Zephyr welcome here. I dont have a recommendation but I would start by seeing if there are any brake work sponsors in our sponsor listing section & you might Google it also.

Is it power drum or power disc?

I have power drums on my '70 Fury if you need a photo of my booster.

That is indeed a Midland Ross booster. They came gold cadmium plated when new. The Midland Ross are identifiable by the case being held together by a large clamp. Google "Booster Dewey". He is in Oregon, USA. He will rebuild it to be good as new, and can send the case out to get replated as well. Very reasonable prices too.
