Keep in mind this is my first small block - LOL!!

This is my exhaust gasket. It has plates adapting the heads to the headers.

Question - is this a custom made gasket?

340 / 413ci - W2 heads

The only thing I've found that acctually works and doesn't leak.

Also the only thing I use anymore.

Being a round port, yes its custom... a normal W-2
is a D port... you might check out a W-2 gasket to see
is you can trim it to fit

Mr P-Body - it is a D port but this is what the gaskets on the outside(header side) of the adapter plates look like.

Mr P Body - it actually uses 2 (diagonal) on the ends and 3 in the middle.

Looks like a Stahl flange that can be flipped upside down and backwards to me.

I'm wondering if a set of W-9 header gaskets would fit
but would need some trimming

Mr P Body - that is the same configuration as a W9.

if you make a rubbing on paper the guys at remflex will make you up a set of exhaust gaskets for it -

They just did a port match for me - great guys to deal with
