Getting ready to redo my standard grilles on my charger and I see the colors all over the place. Any one have some pics of correctly done grilles? What color, lite or dark argent? Textured? Thanks!

I don't know who's paint you are planning on using but the color in those pictures looks a lot lighter then the dark argent that Totally Auto sells.

Somewhere I have a close-up picture of the Totally Auto light and dark argents but I can't find it right now.

Here is a good thread to reference for colors. I recently painted the rear bezels on my 71 Bee with the Krylon Graphite Textured Shimmer #2521 and it turned out GREAT! It's a close match to the grill color you're looking for - IMO (and a LOT cheaper).

Great information guys! Just what I was looking for. I am going to try the Krylon as my car is a driver.

I have the paint and did a test run on my cracked grille and it looks great! Two questions. Does the argent spray through the center grilles? Or were they masked with sharp lines dividing the blacked out areas?

They were masked... It'll be a labor of love.

For a driver I am pretty happy with how they came out. The texture is great on this Fusion paint. The masking was 2 solid hours each side and I still have touch up to do on the black.
