NEVER worked on a small block before - do header bolts go into water jacket????

oops, i had to edited sorry. Magnum are dry LA i am having a brain fart right now and can't remember I think they are also dry someelse will chime in

Factory iron LA heads go into water jackets,most aftermarket heads are dry.

If you have W-2 heads with freeze plugs in the end, they probably go into water too.
I'm pretty sure later W-2 heads are dry.

Just ran into this on mine...W2's with freeze plugs. End bolts do go into water.
