I'm hoping someone knows a source for Female to Female Oring Tubing made to custom length.... I've found sources for pre-made lengths but not one that will work for me.... Well I could use the 1' section but it will look like crap.. I need a 4-6" section... Any Ideas? BTW the tube would look similar to this...

Classic Auto Air in Florida would make one for you. It would be worth checking an auto AC shop in your area also.

Man, another lost art that use to be around the corner. My brother is a distributor for I think Vintage Air, I will try to ask him today.

That is who I ordered my hard line from when I made the Torana setup. Shipping was a little hit or miss, but the product itself was good.

I've spent two days between driving around to shops that use to do cool custom work but no longer do probably because that guy no longer works there & no one else bothered to learn how.... I've also contacted some of the online suppliers about a custom length & no one was willing to make one up.... Sounds like I'll be contacting Classic Auto Air plus anyone else folks suggest in this thread........

Or just try and design your system to use off the shelf lengths like mine (knock on wood ) worked out to be.

And I'll look back through my Torana paperwork abit later when I go out in the garage...think there might have been another place I ordered a few things from that might have done custom length stuff as well.

I tried to use all stock lengths, but I have one spot that would look cheesy with a 1' length & the only shorter length I've found is 2.5" which isn't long enough & they want four times as much for it as the 1' piece.... If they offered custom lengths I'd expect to pay more but they wouldn't do a custom length... Thanks for the help guys!!

I appreciate the help, the picture & most of my current parts came from nostalgic air... They don't do custom lengths.. If I give up my quest for a tube & accept a hose than I can make the hose at my shop, I recently purchased a hose crimping tool that Oz suggested... But I really think the tube will look more like an OEM install & thats what I want....

Just another 65 Falcon wagon that left the factory with fuel injection, four wheel disc brakes & air conditioning...

Power windows are fitted, I haven't decided if I'll do locks or not, never really cared about them... There's a modern P/S box too... To be honest it's gonna take someone who really knows Falcons pretty well to spot all the custom touches..
