Hi Guys! My 6-Pack lift-off hood is currently at the body shop getting re-painted. Over the last 4-5 yrs. I've had vinyl 440 stickers on each side. I'd like to some how incorporate a checkered flag design of some sort..and keep the 440 as well. This will be hand painted by one of the painter's good friends,who does excellent work...and is VERY reasonable in pricing! My question to you all,is do you have any pictures of examples of checkered flag designs on hood scoops??? If so...please post them! I'd REALLY appreciate the ideas!

with the checker flag tapering out to the rear with
the 440 right over the checkering

Mike...I was thinking about that,as well! Basically,checker design the shape of the scoop..from the air inlet,contouring back. And as you mentioned..with a BOLD 440,right in the center! Thanks for your thoughts!...I'd still like to see some other ideas,as well!

I think that would look pretty cool too! Could even do one of those "torn" looking checkered flags with the 440 over it.

Thanks Mike! ALL VERRRY NICE cars! I'm kind of "old school" myself...but....I love graphic designs on cars,if done correctly! ALWAYS thought hood scoops needed SOMETHING DIFFERENT on them! Just me,though! BTW...how's Lakeland working out for ya??? Are you a Tiger fan yet? They've been RED HOT lately!
