I am re-doing the inside of My Duster and want to install a replacement Dash. After all the fun of clearing out the underneath stuff it appears that to remove the dash you need to remove the front windshield first? This is to allow access to the sheetmetal screws that secures the dash to the air grill/vent/... whatever(?) past the plastic dashpad? If there is another way to avoid removing windshield please let me know? Thanks.

you can cut the screw off from under the dash..and remove the dash...

then to re-install use U-nut ...bought them at Lowes..

Thanks I will remove the windshield (spelling wrong in Subject Field ) if absolutely necessary but if I can just grind off the sheetmetal screws from underneath (It sounds easier than it is to do it I'm sure!) I'll try that 1st. Yeah!!
