78 winnebago 440 dueltires. Does the rearend have any use in a musclecar. would it fit my cuda or 70 roadrunner. 58000 miles on it and the guy is scrapping it out. I pulled the 440 already to stash as well as the tranny , even though the tail shaft would need changed for car use.

Believe most of the MH's ran Dana 70's unless it is a van based.

You'd have to change the floating axle ends to car-style and get custom axle shafts. Need brakes, too. All doable - but there's no provision in the casting to install a pinion snubber, and that's possibly the dealbreaker unless you're running a 4-link or somehting else..
