I ordered the corbin clamp kit from Mancini for a 66 - 69 SML BLK and the 1" bypass hose clamps are too small, won't slide over the flared fitting. The fittings on the manifold and water pump measure approx. 1 1/8" OD . The ID of the clamps I have are approx.
1 3/16". Mancini has a kit for a 70 SML BLK and a kit for a 71 - 74 SML BLK. Called Mancini and they are not sure which clamps are correct. Apparently I have the later water pump w/the larger nipple.

I need the next size up clamps. Anyone have an idea on which kit has the correct size bypass hose clamps?

The '70 up main bypass nipple(s) are the same so there must b some other diff on what Mancini's kits have in them. I'd see if their guy would pull both kits & open them while you are on the phone EDIT been buggin me, why did you order the pre '70 kit, do you have the pre '70 iron pump on a later '70/up tim cover/eng?
