in couple days will have angies rear housing back (converting to disc brakes) i will needing some braided brake liness where is best place to get them? did you buy them pre made?,make them your self? i assume the fittings are crimped?

so would you use a male end for the y block on the housing and a female end on the caliper end? what size is the fitting that would go into the caliper?(non banjo) i dont want black hyd hoses at all so would have to be able to thread a - size hose end onto/into it thanks

what size line -3 or -4? also sence i dont have the housing with me what size fittings go into the brake splitter block? thanks

What rear brakes are you using? If they use a slider type caliper I'd keep the flex line short. My wilwoods have fixed calipers so I used hard line for all of it. On the front flex lines I used -6AN, IIRC the Y block should be 3/16" inverted flare. Edit** I used -3AN, getting old sucks

they are for a 85 s10 they slide type where the fitting go it donn have anything to bottom out on reason i was thinking a pipe thread

the reason was gonna use braided line was incase had to remove caliper wouldnt bend the heck out of the hard line heck i can make hard line

Ummm, you have to use short section of flex brake line with disc brakes...you sure you should be working on brakes?
