Mr.Yuck Not enough dumb comments...yet Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 24,562 Brookeville, Md	shouldn't really have any noise maybe a small whine and whisle when you rev it. You set your idle speed and mixture just like any other build. I'd turn the idle up to about 2200rpm, set your timing (maybe start at 35*) then back it down to 1000 or so, tweak until you get the best vaccum, then bring it down to 850 or so. It made a mild 440 into a torque beast and had a nice "Mad max' jet plane whine on the highway...kicking down to passing gear and nailing it was not for the faint of heart WIZE World's Quickest Diahatsu Rocky (??) 414" Stroker Small block Mopar Powered. 10.84 @ 123...and gettin' quicker! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mWzLma3YGI In Car: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjXcf95e6v0
