OHIO, USA	Anyone have a link or info on how to test a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country A/C-Heater fan speed control resistor with Automatic Temperature Control (ATC)? I want to make sure it's the problem before I spend $100-$120 to replace it; and most likely its a non-return electrial component. The fans (front and rear) just started to run at full speed the other day when my wife and son were coming back from picking him up at school. I have it out (pretty easy to get to behind the glove box door) and took the top part off and nothing looks smoked or wrong so now I need the test values and procedure before I make a diagnostic mistake to the tune of a $100 bucks Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
