Just wondering if the handles are the same in a 3 speed duster as they in a 4 speed. They look simular but I think they may be different where they slide into the mechanism. Thanks for any help.

I do not believe the 3 speed handles are engraved w/Hurst nor have the 2 flat spots for the engraving.

That would lead me to believe it is not a Hurst shifter , more than likely an inland which may or may not be a Hurst type mechanism ?

You are talking about the shifter mechanism or the handle itself??

Like does the 3spd handle fit in the hurst mechanism?

Your right they are different, never noticed hurst script on the side of the handle of a 4 speed one.
