No ones repopping them that I know of. You have a couple options though. 1. Try the parts for sale/parts wanted ads here(best bet) or the salvage yard(good bet also). 2. Customize your intrument panel with newer style gauges and scrap the old circuitry. This is very hard to do but looks awesome when its done.

The August '08 issue of Mopar Muscle has an article on this. The pins in the circuit boards get corroded and/or come loose, causing all kinds of problems. However, they can be re-soldered without too much effort. You might want to look into this.

Assuming that the board for a 66 C is somewhat similar to a 68-70 B:
1) Take a dremel with a small wire brush and clean all the connections where the wiring harness hooks up, and where the gauges bolt in, and where the voltage regulator plugs in.
2) spray it down with TV Tuner Cleaner (Radio Shack) and clean it real good (so that you aren't getting a short from the green stripe on the board getting a connection somehow where it ain't green.)
3) Use a multi-meter to test continuity from all the pins where the wiring harness hooks up to the spots where the gauges go. You don't have to be a geek to just look at the green strips (which are conducting the electricity) and figure out that power coming into pin "A" should end up at the end of some certain green stripe.
Also - once you've proved good continuity from the pins, also check to make sure their is NOT continuity where there shouldn't be. EX: the pin that goes to the + for the gas gauge should not show continuity on any of the other green strips.
If you do all that, you can pretty much be sure the board is OK. If, for some reason, you find a "break" in continuity, you could even solder a small wire across the bad spot on the green stripes to fix it.
Even if you bought a used replacement from the board, you'd still want to do the process above on it to make sure its good.
