I really don't know much about either one, but if I had to choose I'd use the proforms with bushings. Less parts to have a failure with.

Neither. Save your money for something better and keep and eye out for deals on the good stuff.

Another budget rocker you might want to consider is CAT. I used a set for 3 years with roller cam with no issues.

Someone post a set a few days ago that looked nice for the money. Pretty sure they were Pro Comp's that might have been modified...
They were like $170 for a complete set, shafts, rockers spacers etc.
They were bushed.
Do your self a big favor, stay away from any cheap rocker that uses needle bearings...

How about a standard Crane or Isky adjustable
rocker? I had a set on ported 452 iron heads
with an Ultradyne 590/613 cam in a 440. Street
and strip, they ran for years.

It would be nice to see or hear proof of (Source)
or (Proform) roller rockers that can outlast the
standard performance rocker. Is the H.P. that big
of a gain to make it worth it?

Have you checked www.manciniracing.com ..
They have some less expensive ones, I trust Mancini more than the Source..

Just my $0.02...

unless I read wrong, I believe the cheaper rockers with needle bearings use the same bearings as the Harland Sharp stuff...worth a look into it

After more research and deep digging the mancini /HS bushed
Rockers are the only option. Good adjusters good machining good
Roller tips! I wish there was some out there with miles on them
And a report card

Looks like they don't offer the old standard adj.
rocker like the Crane or Isky from years back.
I think the Mancini's would be a better choice
than the (Source) rockers.

Those don't look like the same bearings in the Procomp and Harland Sharp, even if the races have the same number. It looks like the Procomp has fewer needle bearings.
