on a 727 shorty with bolt on yoke,do you just remove the yoke and tail housing bolts and it comes off?

or does it have a snap ring like a long tail shaft housing?

also..to remove the low/rev lever pivot pin,do you just remove the tail housing and then it drives out the back of the case?

you have to take the guts out to get the snap ring off. i just went through this converting a shorty with e brake to a long tail.


are you trying to convert this to a long tail?

or maybe i missread are you talking about the support bearing snap ring? i dont remember there being one on the short tail.
