Hi, my brother has a 68 Coronet R/T with a 440 in it. His fuel system is toast. Looking at obtaining a tank, straps, pickup, sound mat, line(s), pump and carb kit to get this car in better shape to drive. I had someone on another site tell me about Roseville Auto for parts. Looks reasonable. My questions are is the fuel line 3/8 or 5/16 and is there just one like my Dart or is there also a return line as well? Is there other places to look for this stuff as well as we dont want to get in the postition of having our eggs in one basket in a manner of words, thanks.
Chas.

Still looking for parts. From near, from far!

68 has just a 5/16" feed and no return. I would consider to at least upgrade to 3/8" feed, and add return if you can.

Before you put the tank in the car, test-fit the pick-up in the tank. Those crummy stainless pick-ups from Taiwan didn't fit the tank in my '68 Coronet. I bought 3 from different vendors before I modified one to make it work. I thought the last one I bought would be from a different manufacturer, but it was the same junk from Taiwan.
Side-by-side, the bends were way different from my original 5/16 pick-up.

Not till 70.. But if your changing it I would certainly upgrade it, I did on my 68 R/T...
